Jenkins Cajun Restaurant is a mock brand design created to honor my grandfather with the last name Jenkins. He was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. His southern roots, flavorful cooking, and family mindset inspired me to create a restaurant brand highlighting those qualities a long with the unique mix of flavors, culture, & soul that can only be discovered through Louisiana cuisine.
