Colorado Springs - Logo Redesign
A mock logo redesign for my home town of, Colorado Springs, CO which sits on the very edge of the Rocky Mountains. The design highlights two of the most defining landmarks of the city. The famous Pikes Peak and the Kissing Camels formation of Garden of the Gods. The blues in the design represent the deep blue color of the mountains near by and the clear blue skies that can be seen throughout most of the year. The orange is drawn from our reddish orange sand and stone that Colorado is famous for and named after. The name originates from a mix of Spanish and Native American languages translating to "colored red" or "color rojo".
